The development of the ALT Mobile operating system for mobile devices continues. Among the key changes to the updated release are data protection using full-disk encryption, automatic detection of access points for Wi-Fi networks with automatic loading of the site page with a form of authorization on the network, improvements in working with folders, the ability to quickly delete applications on the application screen, updated interface style. "BaseALT" creates a mobile OS AltPhone
The Russian company BASEALT, known for developing the ALT Linux operating system, has begun creating its own mobile operating system called AltPhone. This became known on August 13, 2024.
