2024: Implementation of oil quantity and quality measurement system

At the Gerasimovsky field in the Tomsk region, a system for measuring the quantity and quality of oil (CQMS) of a mobile oil processing plant (UPN) has been introduced. The modern ICDS was installed in order to improve the accuracy of accounting for the produced oil. This was announced on August 14, 2024 at the KRUG NPF.

Tomsk An information processing system (SOI) has been developed for the automatic operation of the ICS manufactured by Elektroskai (d.).

LMS SOI is made on the basis of the KRUG-2000 software and hardware (software and hardware) complex (PAK CAS KRUG-2000) and consists of SOI and PLC cabinets, as well as the operator's AWS under the control of the Russian SCADA CIRCLE 2000.

The SOI cabinet includes the Russian NumeralOil oil flowrate computer, which records oil and transmits accounting data to the upper level of the system, as the main element.

The PLC cabinet is equipped with an industrial DevLink-C1000 controller with DevLink-A10 series I/O modules, which collect, process and transmit data to the upper level of the system - to the LMS operator's AWS. The exact time on the system is provided by the TimeVisor Time Server.

This information processing system on the basis of the DigitOil flow computer and SCADA KRUG-2000 made it possible to provide operational personnel with complete, reliable and timely information on oil metering on the DigitOil touch screen and the operator's AWS monitor in the form of mnemonic diagrams, trends and reporting documents.

The DigitOil flowrate calculator is a fully domestic development. As noted in the NPF "KRUG," it was created thanks to the 25-year experience of the company in introducing commercial metering systems for oil and petroleum products.

Electroskay (Tomsk) has completed the supply of CIPC and installation works at the site. KRUG has developed design documentation, delivered SOI and PLC cabinets, performed engineering, supervision and commissioning works.
