2024: Implementation of Stream Recruitment
On August 27, 2024, Potok announced that the beeline had automated the hiring process from creating an application to issuing an offer using the Stream Recruitment service. Additionally, chat bots of the HR Messenger service for communicating with candidates are integrated into the system. Thanks to the 64 HR system, 900 + vacancies are processed monthly, optimizing hiring efficiency several times.
According to the company, earlier in Bilain, the selection process was not automated. In 2018, the Stream Recruitment system automated the hiring process by integrating with internal beeline systems. This made it possible to reduce the load on recruiters, make the hiring process transparent and efficient, get complete analytics to optimize HR processes, etc. In 2022, the beeline hiring system is supplemented with AI technology services and chat bots.
The system was also supplemented with custom modifications in the form of functions for beeline recruiters: job description templates, a ready-made briefing with questions for the manager, the ability to specify a contact person in the application and an optimized interface with tooltips.
The biline recruiting process looks like the following.
Integrated with the ERP system, Stream Recruitment allows you to create selection requests, where they are automatically agreed and distributed between recruiters. The recruiter clarifies the details with the manager, checks the description of the vacancy and automatically places it on the job boards. The requisition reconciliation chain is formed depending on the position. After approval, the application is automatically distributed among the selection managers who appoint responsible recruiters. This process is fully automated through the Stream Recruitment system using notifications, which eliminates the need for additional correspondence between participants.
Then the recruiter can launch the "auto search" function in the "Stream Recruitment" system, where the system, using AI, collects resumes from different job search sites, evaluates the relevance of the resume of candidates with job requirements and finalizes a ranked list of the most suitable candidates.
Further, thanks to the integration of Stream Recruitment and HR Messenger, three bots take over work at different stages to automate interaction with candidates:
- A response parser bot that asks questions, offers tasks, evaluates experiences and automatically weeds out the wrong ones.
- The Cold Contact Handling Bot talks about the vacancy, answers questions, and promotes eligible candidates to the next stage, notifying the recruiter who begins calling the candidates and making appointments.
- A bot to communicate with those candidates who could not be reached. If it is not possible to contact the applicant, the recruiter marks this in the system with the status "non-call." The third bot contacts these candidates, finds out their interest in the vacancy, a convenient time to call and records this information in the system.
All actions with the candidate, including failures, are automatically recorded in the "Stream Recruitment," saving the recruiter's time and maintaining full analytics on working with the candidate.
The next stage is an interview conducted by a recruiter or manager with a further assessment of the candidate from the examination center. The results are recorded in the scorecards in the Stream Recruitment system, where special valuation templates are available. Next, the candidate fills out an electronic questionnaire in the Personal Account of the beeline candidate, where it is possible to download data from the Public services. The results of the check are saved automatically in the system.
When the candidate goes through all the stages, the recruiter creates an electronic offer in the system with automatic filling of the candidate's data, which is also displayed in the candidate's Personal Account. When accepting an offer, the employee automatically sends the candidate data to the ERP system for paperwork. Documents are displayed in the Candidate's Personal Account for signing.
As a result:
- On average, recruiters successfully close about 4,557 vacancies a year.
- The full cycle of the recruitment process from the creation of the application to the automatic registration of the candidate has been automated;
- The introduction of electronic offers led to a 40% reduction in the time for their approval.
- Thanks to the automatic upload of responses to the Recruitment Stream and their processing using a chatbot, 50% candidates receive feedback within the first 30 minutes after the response, the rest receive a response within 24 hours.
- By using the chatbot, recruiters save about 200 hours a month.
- As of August 2024, more than 2,300 customer managers use the system.

= said Irina Dorofeeva, Head of Development of Human Resources Systems in Biline' For 7 years of joint work, we have automated the entire hiring process from search to employment, connected the system both with the internal infrastructure of the company and external HR services. In our opinion, in the context of growing competition for each candidate, this is a critical task. At the same time, as of August 2024, everything is available for building such complex systems
necessary technologies.}}
Thanks to the ability to upload all data from Stream Recruitment through the API, the beeline was able to develop its own analytical system that fully meets their needs and is easily customizable for recruiter tasks. The automation of the data collection and processing process allowed biline to optimize the transparency of processes, where the full picture is visible, how recruiters work, how candidates go through the selection stages, what factors influence the selection of candidates. Also reduced reporting time by accessing up-to-date real-time information on the system. told Maxim Korolev, director of the product "Stream Recruitment" |
