"Zyfra" launches the cloud version of the system for monitoring the operation of equipment and personnel for discrete production facilities "Smart Workshop." It unfolds on a cloud platform. The company has already successfully tested the technology at several industrial enterprises in Russia. The basis for creating a cloud version was the flagship equipment monitoring system "Dispatcher." The company announced this on September 3, 2024.

Cloud monitoring Smart Shop collects and processes production data in real time to monitor the state of the machines, assess the efficiency of personnel and make the right decisions to optimize processes. The cloud monitoring system is distributed by subscription: monthly or annual, and is primarily intended for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Specialized devices and sensors are connected to the equipment, after which the data collection process starts. Data is transferred and processed on cloud servers, and then streamed to a web client that provides end users with all the analytics with production performance indicators and reports on operating time and downtime.

The web client is available from any device, which increases the overall level of convenience for manufacturers. The Smart Shop can also implement a completely remote monitoring connection. If there are smart CNC machines in production, then it is enough to get access to the service and carry out the final configuration of the system via direct connections.
