2024: Cloud Version Presentation

"Zyfra" launches the cloud version of the system for monitoring the operation of equipment and personnel for discrete production facilities "Smart Workshop." It unfolds on a cloud platform. The company has already successfully tested the technology at several industrial enterprises in Russia. 2022: System Announcement

On July 6, 2022, Rostec announced the creation of a smart workshop designed to control the performance of machines and product quality in real time. This is a joint project of the machine tool holding "Mechanics" (supplies equipment and is engaged in servicing the machine park), GC "Zyfra" (uses its own IT solutions to monitor the operation of the equipment fleet and to create a digital production twin) and MSTU "Stankin" (provides the project with a scientific base and personnel reserve).

The smart workshop is based on the complex of products of the Group of Companies "Figures" (MES, EAM, MDC), domestic machine tools of the holding "Mechanics" manufactured by LLC "Stan" and JSC "Stankoprom," as well as technologies of MSTU "Stankin," including solutions for designing modern enterprises based on digital modeling.

According to the press service of Rostec, the high-tech industrial workshop will allow employees of enterprises to track the load of equipment and the quality of production processes remotely from mobile devices.

Thanks to cooperation with Zyfra and MSTU Stankin, we can comprehensively approach the issue of organizing mechanical processing production of a new format for industrial enterprises in Russia, lay down the active use of modern IT solutions to improve the efficiency of metalworking workshops, including the formation of a new architecture of the production system, the preparation of project teams for strategic tasks of enterprises, organization of the asset management system, collection and multivariate analysis of data, predictive analysis of the state of equipment, - said Mikhail Kiiko, General Director of JSC Mechanics.

According to him, these technologies will help create new workshops that fully meet the requirements of Industry 4.0, as well as increase the efficiency of using the fleet of equipment by 10-30%.
