2024: Car Molds Plant Launch

According to TASS, for the implementation of the project, Forsh received a preferential loan from the FRP in the amount of ₽80 million, which made it possible to purchase a 5-axis portal processing center. This equipment has become a key link in the technological chain for the production of molds intended for mechanical engineering. Thanks to the launch of the new line, production is expected to increase by 10% in 2024. Thus, the plant will be able to increase its competitiveness in the Russian mold market, where at the moment about 75% of products are supplied from abroad, primarily from China and Turkey.

According to the president of Forsh CJSC Alexei Badanov, the introduction of new equipment will not only increase production volumes, but also reduce the risks of disruptions in order due to possible breakdowns of existing equipment. The new machine is already 100% loaded, and work on it is organized in three shifts, which confirms the high demand for the company's products. The enterprise's capacity in terms of processing large parts was limited and needed modernization, he said.

The products of the new plant, as the newspaper writes, will be used for the production of elements of automotive, aviation, metallurgical and other industries. Among the main customers of Forsh products are such companies as Avtovaz, Kamaz, GAZ Group, UAZ, as well as aviation industry enterprises such as Il, Tupolev and UEC. Molds made with new equipment will be used to make bumpers, instrument panels, door upholstery and other elements of the interior and exterior of cars.^[1]
