"First Bit" automated labeling in the production of drinking water "Kyzyrbak"

2024: Automation of labeling in drinking water production

The Ufa company Kyzyrbak, which produces bottled water under the brand of the same name, needed help in selecting industrial equipment and registering in the state information system Honest Sign. This was announced by the First Bit on September 11, 2024.

The project was implemented by the team of the office of the company "First Bit" in Chelyabinsk. Having studied the customer's business processes, the specialists of "First Bit" and the management of "Kyzyrbak" jointly compiled a list of suitable equipment: industrial label printers that are able to print a large number of matrix codes without failures, and automatic applicators that apply labels to products using a special roller.

The main objective of the project was to create a convenient algorithm for applying and registering the marking of bottled mineral water in accordance with the law. To obtain marking codes, the client company was registered on the Honest Sign website as a manufacturer. After registration, the leaders of Kyzyrbak, together with the employees of First Bit, filled out the cards of manufactured goods, - said Denis Sergeevich Baranov, sales manager of First Bit in Chelyabinsk.

To jointly configure the equipment and ensure the stable operation of the entire labeling chain, specialists from the Chelyabinsk office of First Bit personally visited the Kyzyrbak water production in the village of Maloyaz, Republic of Bashkortostan, and helped with the connection of equipment on three production lines.

To optimize the process of working with labeling, the specialists of the "First Bit" suggested that we implement the "through" system in production. 1C: Our Enterprise Management cloud service 1C: Fresh Then the purchased equipment was connected to the system and the exchange data with the Honest Sign was set up. Now we order labeling codes, verify and put the goods into circulation directly through, - cloudy 1C said Alina Khalimovna, chief process engineer of Kyzyrbak LLC Mullagalyamova.

After the work has been done, the marking codes and their printing in the required quantity can be ordered from a single system. Honest Sign services generate a 14-digit GTIN number, they are assigned to the nomenclature in 1C, after the sticker marking is placed on the product using an applicator.

As a result of the design work done by the specialists of the First Bit company, the water production of the Kyzyrbak brand was fully equipped with means of labeling the goods. All products go on sale in full compliance with the current legislation.
