Khlynov Bank completed the implementation of a CRM solution based on the low-code platform BPMSoft version 1.5 (developed by BMSoft to automate marketing and sales in the corporate block. The project, implemented by the experts of Good Programs, covered the most important processes, including leadership generation, registration of applications for corporate products and integration with key systems of the bank. BPMSoft announced this on January 30, 2025.

The Good Programs team conducted an in-depth analysis of the bank's existing processes in order to adapt them to the low-code capabilities of the BPMSoft platform. Data migration took place with minimal risk and high speed, ensuring uninterrupted operation of all client systems.

On the basis of BPMSoft, a single client base for legal entities and individuals was designed and put into commercial operation. Its creation allowed the bank to improve the processes of interaction with customers and comply with high standards of security and confidentiality. data

One of the key achievements of the project was the seamless integration of BPMSoft with the bank's most important IT systems, including telephony, DaData data enrichment service, CMEV, electronic document management, object storage, Internet bank, analytical reporting system and email gateways. This made it possible to create an integrated approach to process and data management, improving the accuracy of analytics. In addition, the processes for issuing applications for corporate products were optimized - the time for their registration was reduced, and the satisfaction of customers from using banking services increased.

In the future, Khlynov Bank is considering expanding the use of the BPMSoft platform to automate additional business processes, as well as the introduction of new functional modules and analytical tools.

The transition to BPMSoft took less than three months, taking into account testing of previously configured and implemented functionality. The result of the project is a stable system that allows you to adapt business processes to your tasks, which gives impetus to further automation. It is also important to note that the system was developed by a domestic vendor who provides high-quality technical support and regularly updates the product, said Anatoly Saltykov, head of the non-credit products department of the corporate business department of JSC KB Khlynov.
