Renaming to "BMCoft"

LANIT Omni was renamed BPMSoft and is part of the IT holding LANSOFT. TAdviser was informed about this by the press service of the LANIT Group of Companies.

The decision to rename Lanit Omni LLC was made on May 20, 2024, the changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities entered into force on May 30, 2024. The new name is BPMSoft Ltd.

Creation of Lansoft IT Holding

The teams TURBO, LDM, BPMSoft, Goodt created the IT holding LANCOFT. Introduction of BPMSoft into educational programs

The Russian Technological University (RTU) and the Lanit Omni company (part of the LANIT group) are starting to train young specialists with popular skills in low code development and automation of business processes on domestic software. The parties signed an agreement under which educational programs will be adjusted taking into account the in-depth development of the relevant competencies of future graduates. IT Training Agreement with KSU

Kursk State University and Lanit Omni (part of the LANIT group), a vendor of the process-oriented low-code platform BPMSoft, signed a cooperation agreement. Entry into ARPP "Domestic Software"

On May 31, 2022, LANIT Omni (part of the LANIT group) announced that it had joined the Domestic Software Association of Software Developers (ARPP). Participation in the industry association will allow the company to share expertise with the IT community in the development of business applications, offer the market Russian IT solutions and promote the popularization of domestic software in general.

According to the company, on May 25, 2022, during a meeting of the board of ARPP Domestic Software, LANIT Omni presented the RightWay CRM platform for automating marketing and sales and managing consumer behavior. It helps streamline business processes and build omnichannel communication with clients, and thanks to analytics, it helps to identify weaknesses and work them out quickly. The RightWay digital platform is already included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Computers and Databases.

As a result of the presentation, the board members unanimously decided to join the Association. As of May 2022, ARPP unites more than 220 domestic manufacturers of replicated software. Every year, the experts of the Association choose priority areas of work supervised by relevant committees.

2021: LANIT experts will talk about the impact of IT on banks and retail on TAdviser SummIT 2021

On May 26, 2021, one of the most significant events in the TAdviser SummIT 2021 IT industry will take place at the Radisson Blu Olympiyskiy Hotel. LANIT acted as a strategic partner of the event.

2020: Lanit Omni and Norbit complete unification process

On June 3, 2020, the company NORBIT announced the completion of the merger process with LANIT Omni, a developer cloud services RightWay for managing consumer behavior (both companies are part of the group). LANIT Thanks to the merger, NORBIT is expanding its product portfolio - CRM practices and strengthening expertise in the field of MarTech solutions for, and. 2017

Lanit Omni reports that for 2017, its customers include the Inventive Retail Group (LEGO brands, re: Store, Sony, Samsung, DeBonTon, etc.), Adamas jewelry chain, Technosila retail chain, Petrovich construction trading house, Fashion Continent company (INCITY brand) and other retail chains. The company has not yet had government orders.

2016: Joining Lanit and renaming to Lanit Omni LLC

The Lanit group of companies announced in the fall of 2016 the Lanit Omni subsidiary, which will implement specialized software in the retail sector. The priority direction is to manage the behavior of the buyer. The company will focus on the development and sale of software in the sector of loyalty programs, predictive analytics and digital communications[1].

In connection with the expansion of activities and joining Lanit, KardSmile was renamed Lanit Omni LLC.

As of 2016, the company employs about 30 people, including more than 20 developers: programmers, interface designers, testers. The main office of Lanit Omni is located in Moscow, development groups are based in Izhevsk and Voronezh. The post of CEO is occupied by Maxim Zakhir.

The company's portfolio includes several products: the RightWay loyalty program, ClearFuture's personal advice service for buyers, built on the basis of the predictive analytics method, and CardSmile prepaid gift cards.

2012: Registration of KardSmile LLC

Initially, Lanit Omni was registered in 2012 under the name KardSmile LLC. She was involved in the issue and maintenance of CardSmile prepaid gift cards.
