Euroexpert automated key business processes using the low-code BPMSoft platform (developed by BPMSoft. After the implementation of CRM, the time for preparing commercial offers was reduced by seven times, the approval of employees' KPIs takes one day, and project management became transparent thanks to time tracking and analytics tools. BPMSoft announced this on August 25, 2025.
After the migration, the company combined data all counterparties, sales, projects and employees in a single digital circuit. With customizable tags and filters, you can quickly find anything information from interaction history to specific projects. For consulting, this is critically important: in the B2B sector, where clients are leading enterprises in industries (from the agricultural industry to development), the decisive factor is the speed of reaction and the depth of immersion in the client's tasks already at the first contact. At hand should be information not only about completed projects and the current industry situation, but also about each request of the client, even if he has not reached the stage of commercial offer.
The product based on BPMSoft helps to solve such problems: already at the stage of forming commercial proposals, it was possible to reduce the work time by seven times and improve the quality of communication between the project manager and the client. Another important stage of development was the introduction of an automatic system for generating summary tables in the tender department. The platform consolidates data on closed projects from 20 multi-level arrays of information (industry, cost parameters, object characteristics). This decision made it easier to prepare tender materials and reduced the risk of data loss. Integration with 1C and Contour Focus ensured automatic synchronization of information and transparent document flow.
Based on the low-code platform, BPMSoft has also developed its own project management solution. It includes setting tasks, online time tracking, automated collection of actual data and comparing them with planned indicators, as well as calculating project KPIs. This approach allows you to analyze the implemented projects and build further communication with the client.
According to the company, automation freed up 534 working hours of top management by reducing routine operations. As of August 2025, the system has 120 users.
