The building with an area of 4.3 thousand square meters. m, located in the immediate vicinity of the Sukharevskaya metro station in Moscow, was bought by the general director of the Beijing Hotel and a member of the board of directors of the Sochi Pearl Hotel Oganes Grigoryan.

DIA sold Russlavbank headquarters for 0.5 billion rubles to Oganes Grigoryan

Bidding was held on November 17, 2021 through a public offer in electronic form at the trading platform of Russian Auction House JSC, acting on behalf of the DIA, which is the bankruptcy trustee of Russlavbank. Two bids were received for the auction, the person who offered the highest price was recognized as the winner. Another company, Altair LLC, also took part in the bidding, which offered 2.5 million rubles less for this asset.

According to Vedomosti, earlier the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained its former vice-president of Russlavbank Alexander Mironov on suspicion of organizing illegal banking operations. This, in turn, led to the outflow of deposits of customers and funds placed in a credit institution by other banks, Moody's analysts reported.

The Central Bank revoked his license; by November 2021, the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) is completing its liquidation and is selling off the organization's property.

According to The Moscow Post on November 22, 2021, Ohanes Grigoryan, who won the auction for the former headquarters of the Russian Slavic Bank, is most likely acting in the interests of the owners of Sochi's Pearl JSC, which recently closed a deal to acquire the Beijing Hotel in Moscow from VTB's controlled group.[1]
