2016: DG19 automated real estate management processes on the basis of "1C: Rental and real estate management"

The main task of automation is to provide information support for system management. To achieve this goal, the 1C: Rental and Real Estate Management, 1C: Document Flow and 1C: Payroll and HR Management systems have been consolidated into a single architecture.

The functionality of the 1C: Rental and Real Estate Management solution helped to solve the following problems:

• Maintaining a register of real estate objects.
• Accounting of lease agreements with the possibility of storing the conditions of one-time payments, business guarantees, the procedure for payments and accruals.
• Automation of settlements with tenants, including the accrual of constant and variable rent.
• Automate the settlement of fees from trade.
• Batch generation and printing of documents on mutual settlements with tenants (acts, invoices).
• Automation of control over the implementation of financial discipline in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Formation of management reporting.
• The ability to configure your own printed forms of contracts and applications to them in MS Word format based on templates connected from external files.

The new information system made it possible to reduce the time for routine operations, such as issuing monthly rental bills; working with debtors has become more effective, it has become possible to apply and control penalties in a timely manner. The simplification of the management reporting process and its variability made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of the company.

In total, 20 jobs were automated on the basis of the 1C: Rental and Real Estate Management product.
