Education

In 2004 she graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a degree in Finance and Credit, in 2012 - from the Komi Republican Academy of Public Administration and Management with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2018, she underwent training under the program "Head of Digital Transformation" at the RANEPA, in 2024 - training under the program "Artificial Intelligence in the Digital Transformation of Public Administration."

Career

2016-2022

In 2016, she was appointed director of the GAU of the Komi Republic "Center for Information Technologies," from 2021 - Deputy Minister, First Deputy Minister, acting Head of the Ministry of Digital Development Komi.

In 2022, Anastasia Blue was appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies and Communications of the Kaliningrad Region.

2024: Appointment as the head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kaliningrad Region

Anastasia Blue has been appointed the new head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kaliningrad Region. The press service of the department announced this on August 23, 2024.

Before heading the Kaliningrad Ministry of Digital Development, Anastasia Blue worked in it as Deputy Minister - Head of the Department for Coordination of Programs and Projects.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region, Minister of Digital Technologies and Communications Levan Daraselia announced his resignation on September 20, 2024. Commenting on his departure, he stated the following:
