Novokuznetsk Clinical Emergency Medical Station named after Yu.M. Yankin in September 2024 signed a contract for the provision of 45 specialized cars to ensure its activities. The amount of the five-year contract amounted to ₽2,3 billion, which will significantly strengthen the material and technical base of the city's ambulance service.

According to Kommersant, the winner of the auction was the subsidiary of the Rostec State Corporation - RT - Social Sphere LLC, registered in the Moscow Region. The company was the sole bidder and was awarded the contract at the maximum price.

According to the terms of the contract, the contractor undertakes to provide 40 main and 5 reserve ambulances for use between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2030. All vehicles must be equipped with new medical equipment that has not been in operation.

A feature of the contract is that the contractor is also obliged to provide cars with a driver's train, carry out their maintenance and equip them with walkie-talkies. This will allow medical staff to concentrate on patient care without being distracted by technical issues.

It is assumed that new ambulances will serve not only Novokuznetsk, but also the Novokuznetsk district, and will also be able to travel to the entire Kemerovo region and other regions of the Siberian Federal District. The total number of hours of work provided for by the contract is 1.7 million.

OOO RT - Social Sphere has experience in implementing such projects. Earlier, the company signed contracts for the provision of ambulance outsourcing services with healthcare institutions in the Sverdlovsk Region and the Republic of Tatarstan.

RT - Social Sphere was founded in February 2019. Its founders are Svetlana Bogdanova, who owns 66.6% of the authorized capital, and RT-Project Technologies JSC, which owns 33.4% of the company.[1]
