The activities of companies in the Belgorod and Tambov regions are carried out in compliance with the principles of respect for the environment. All necessary measures are carried out in accordance with regulations and standards.

After the successful implementation of the TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant system at Tambov Bacon LLC, the management decided to improve the calculation of the management cost of products and replicate the functionality at the Belgorod branch of Tambov Bacon LLC.

The following objectives were assigned to the TALARIX team:

• Automate the calculation of the management cost of export sales products at transfer prices, planned and actual profit and profitability, taking into account all costs.
• Development of the implemented transfer model for the products of the OPF redistribution.
• Obtaining full cost of finished goods (including indirect costs), profit and profitability, taking into account all costs.

Introduction of TALARIX: The meat processing plant made it possible to achieve the set goals. The management of the Belgorod branch of Tambov Bacon LLC received a tool for calculating the cost and profitability of products, generating the necessary reports for analyzing profitability and cost in various sections, as well as for parallel management of raw materials value based on actual results and forecast horizons.

Automation of the transfer pricing process

Tambov Bacon LLC is located in the Tambov region. The company's complexes operate according to world standards and use the latest achievements in science and technology in pig farming and feeding. To automate one of the levels, an industry solution for meat processing enterprises TALARIX was chosen: Meat Processing Plant.

After the successful implementation of TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant, the plant management set the task of automating transfer pricing. In order to obtain information on the planned and actual profitability of the semi-finished products division (internal self-billing) and analyze it.

As a result of the project, a separate accounting type "by business unit" was created within one legal entity. The entire company that is registered in TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant has been divided into business units (self-billing units), and when products are transferred by one business unit to another, the products are valued at a special price (if necessary, pre-calculated and filled automatically).

Thus, for a business unit that transfers an article, this transfer is a transfer price sale, and for a business unit that receives an article, it is a purchase. Cost, profit, profitability and other key figures are calculated separately within each business unit without being allocated to a separate legal entity.

This made it possible to consider each business unit as a separate business entity and calculate the profitability of each business area, even if they are interdependent. This technique made it possible not only to fulfill the project task, but also to broadcast it to other divisions.

Automation of Management Cost Accounting System

The management of meat-processing plant decided to automate the system of management accounting of product cost. To implement the project, the TALARIX system was chosen: Meat Processing Plant. As a result of the implementation project, management received an effective system with wide functionality and advantages.

It became possible to calculate the total cost of finished products both in planned and actual conditions. To do this, TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant generates customized reports on production costs, SKU and other standard analytics, both for the end-to-end model and for the transfer model. The minimum allowable shipping price of products is calculated and controlled.

The goals of the project were achieved and fulfilled on time. Management has received a flexible tool for cost structure analysis, identification of cost growth factors for production sites and price justification.

2016: Automation based on Talarix solution: Meat processing plant

The decision on automation was made in connection with the construction of a modern meat processing enterprise. To effectively manage its processes, an adequate information system is needed. The management of the enterprise has chosen a three-level architecture. To automate one of the levels, an industry solution for meat processing enterprises was chosen - TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant.

During the project, it was necessary to develop a management accounting and reporting model. Create an enterprise management information system based on it that meets business goals and supports decision-making.

The system, of which TALARIX became a part: Meat Processing Plant, made it possible to systematize, process and analyze data downloaded from SFK. Now production key figures are tracked in real time, compared with planned ones, the progress of plans is monitored. The system also takes into account and analyzes all the main processes of the meat processing enterprise.

The company records and analyzes scrap at various stages of production and storage. Thanks to the identification, product traceability is organized at all stages of its life cycle, which allows you to use the system as a tool to support food quality and safety systems.
