Complete transition to BPMSoft
JSC CentroCredit has completed the transition to the low-code platform [[BPMSoft]. The project was implemented with the participation of specialists of the system integrator "60 names." The bank announced this on December 19, 2024.
The main objective of the project was to ensure that the IT system meets the requirements of security and fault tolerance. After a detailed analysis of market offers, the choice was made in favor of BPMSoft thanks to the platform functionality, reliability and developer experience, as well as the availability of operational technical support from the vendor and access to regular system updates.
The complexity of the project was the large functionality implemented in the previous system. It combined key operational processes, including working with legal entities, KYC (customer analysis procedure), monitoring, as well as processing requests.
The migration was carried out using utilities provided by BPMSoft. The process included converting packages, developing scripts for data transfer, configuring interfaces and conducting multi-stage testing. 60 Names experts paid special attention to maintaining functionality, interface uniformity and correct data migration.
The project was an important step towards creating a secure IT architecture for the bank. Automate client data collection and update processes

Key objectives of the project included optimizing client questionnaires, automating checks on various parameters, as well as improving the processing of internal requests and automatically creating printed document forms. This made it possible to significantly reduce data processing time and improve the quality of work with customers.
Particular attention was paid to the process of registering new customers, which includes mandatory checks and automatic creation of accounts ABS in (automated banking system). In addition, automation of loading data from external sources was implemented, including up to ten different lists required for checking legal entities in accordance with Russian law. Among them are registries of subjects small and medium-sized businesses, as well as lists information with about the involvement of clients in suspicious operations and liquidated legal entities.
The 60 Names command implemented a mechanism for regularly downloading data that is initiated by the BPMSoft system on a schedule or signal, depending on the list. After loading, the data is processed and stored on the server for further use not only by employees working with the BPMSoft system, but also by other departments of the bank that need up-to-date information for decision-making.
Algorithms for client verification based on downloaded lists have also been developed. These checks are performed at various stages of the registration and customer service processes within BPMSoft, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
