Interatlantik optimized a management system for finance

In the Interatlantik group which is engaged in production and supply of seafood the progammno-methodical complex "is implemented by Intalev: Corporate management". Before start of the project in the company the system of operational trade and production accounting of own development on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform was used. A system satisfied to requirements of the company for operational accounting, however the development of a subsystem of budget planning executed by own specialists dragged on.

Setting of budget planning was carried out in July, 2007. Now the implemented ERP solution allowed to see and estimate real efficiency of activity of the company and also to carry out the full plan-fact analysis.

The company management received a complete set of the management reporting as in general on group, and on separate businesses that promotes increase in efficiency and efficiency of acceptance of management decisions.

The payment schedule is brought into operation. Terms of consideration of requests for payments were as a result reduced, responsibility for the submitted applications and also control over their compliance to limits is increased. Time of carrying out payments was reduced by several hours due to use of functionality of planning of movement of cash between legal entities and checking accounts of the company.
