In Group of the Metallkomplekt plants the project budgeting automation started. The project is implemented by INTALEV group.

During the project specialists of INTALEV Group execute complex automation of a budgeting system using the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management".
In parallel with setting of budgeting in GZ "Metallkomplekt" the project of independent system implementation of strategic management on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard (BS) is begun.
