Biography
Alexander Viktorovich Kazak was born in Tiraspol of the MSSR.
In 2003 he graduated from the Faculty of Law (ULIM), specializing in Civil Law.
Since 2005, he has been living in Moscow, where until 2011 he conducted legal practice, collaborating with alcohol companies, management companies in commercial real estate and companies managing mobile railway trains.
At the same time, he is studying the basics of modeling business processes and managing them, gaining practical experience as a business analyst at Soyuzfinans, which manages catering enterprises and the Clean City chain of car washing complexes.
"The experience of describing and reorganizing business processes in companies where the main staff is line personnel has proved to be very valuable," he notes, "in practice, I have felt the resistance of employees at all levels, which is manifested when they face systematization and change. In the future, this was very useful for me in projects related to the management of commercial real estate, where all processes were under my responsibility, including relations with tenants, organization of security and cleaning, organization of maintenance of engineering networks. "
In 2010 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
2012-2021: Commercial Property Management
In 2012, Alexander Kazak is included as a business partner in projects related to the management of commercial real estate - Property & Facility Management (PM&FM):
- 4 enterprises of the transport complex of Moscow (Vavilova 3, Vavilova 12A, V. Petushkova 3s3, Zolotaya 11);
- 3 objects of free purpose JSC Mosgorlombard (Staraya Basmannaya 36s3, Khavskaya 24, 1st Main 25).
More than 120 thousand square meters of commercial real estate are located in the operational management of Kazak.
In 2013-2014, Alexander Kazak participated as the head of the project of audit of the effectiveness of the use of warehouse commercial real estate companies "Glavsnab" (100 thousand square meters) and OJSC "Perovskoye" (100 thousand square meters). According to the results of the audit, Kazak successfully reorganizes PM&FM business processes of these objects, after which management is transferred to the new owners of these objects.
2015-2020
Later, Alexander Kazak participates in the development of the Temp Technopark (Caucasian Bul.59) and manages the Big Tatar 35 BC.
"It's been great years - a concentrate of challenges and experience. Perhaps the most comical and at the same time a vivid indicator of the dynamics of work was the day when more than 150 missed calls were recorded on my phone, and this despite the fact that I had a personal assistant who constantly answered calls. The client set the task for 2 months to renegotiate about 150 lease contracts with an increase in lease by 20-70%. Tenants were keen to discuss such changes. We coped. "
In 2021, Kazak leaves all projects related to commercial real estate and concludes a contract with the company Groovex (TM Groovex).
In this project, he is responsible for:
- sales support and customer service;
- Warehouse logistics and inventory management
- intracity and intercity transport logistics;
- international logistics and foreign economic activity;
- business processes and IT infrastructure organization.
"The number of changes that I had to make in this project is not countable. The reasons for this are not only inside (super-ambitious goals in conditions of lack of resources, including a shortage of goods, dumping by competitors), but also in external factors affecting the cost of international logistics, the delivery time of imported goods, the impact of sanctions on foreign economic processes, American slides with exchange rates, complications in the labor market. But despite all this, we managed to rebuild the Team, properly organize business processes and communications within the Company. Now we have a steady growth in sales, a stable inventory optimal in composition. I believe that Groovex now has the best Customer Service in its segment.
The result is revenue growth of 2 times, profit growth of more than 9 times.
Proud of my Team. In the near future, it is planned to launch a 3PL operator with an additional inventory management service and an international financial and logistics company, which should subsequently become a platform for an international 4PL operator with international payments and inventory management functions. "
Educational and consulting activities
Throughout its activities, Kazak conducts training events and advises stakeholders on operational activities, project management, team building, business process management.
In 2025, it is planned to launch a social educational project aimed at a young audience (high school students and students), the purpose of which is to help young people decide on the choice of future professions, to share life experience from the field of professional competencies.
"I am sure that the sooner a person gains knowledge, the faster and more productive he will develop and the better he will be able to realize his potential. I am a person of practice - I strive to check everything in the case. I have a son. Like most boys, he is interested in cars. On his seventh birthday, I gave him Oka. The goal is that he can in practice study the device of the machine - so to speak, a life-size constructor. I will be honest, at the age of 7, the device interested him, but not to the extent that I expected. But he wanted to learn to ride. And learned. At first he steered while sitting on my lap (I only pressed the pedals, he controlled, switched gears, turned on the turn signals). Now he is 9 and this summer (since he has grown up and himself began to get to the pedals) he already drives fully. Having seen such results in practice, I have established myself in my intention to share my experiences with people as early as possible. "
