7,000 RANEPA employees switched to Directum RX

2024: Completion of the first stage of Directum RX implementation

Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) In completed the first stage of implementation. Directum RX Thanks to the management system business processes and documents, it was possible to translate papers into electronic form, simplify work with them, and establish quick interaction between employees. This was Directum announced on January 15, 2025.

SoftSnow, a Directum business partner, launched the system into commercial operation. All divisions of Moscow have joined the work and branches of the Academy continue to connect - these are 47 organizations.

According to the results of the first stage of implementation, more than 7 thousand university employees work in the Directum RX system:

• register incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• exchange documents with other departments;
• agree on orders and orders, internal memos.

Also, the RANEPA is launching a project on personnel document management based on Directum RX solutions. By the end of 2025, the entire Academy should completely switch to digital interaction with employees. Employees will be able to issue vacations, business trips, conclude employment contracts using electronic signatures. And all this - through a personal account, without visiting the human resources department in person.

From 2012 to 2024, DIRECTUM EDMS was used at the university. Moving to the latest generation of Directum RX system with built-in no/low-code tools, users have the opportunity to independently configure business processes and interface, as well as adapt the system to new needs.

The Academy's management plans to digitalize the preparation and holding of meetings using Directum RX, simplify the stages of working with contracts, organize long-term storage of documents and personal affairs, and get away from paper power of attorney. The university will be able to focus on the main thing - to train competent and in-demand specialists.
