The dissatisfaction of management of Rudas company with the existing system of motivation of heads of the top and average management became premises for start of the project with INTALEV Group in October, 2010.

"At the first stage of the project there was a common understanding about activity of almost all departments and services of the company. There was a sense of purpose to which the top management of management adheres", - one of project participants Kolesnikov Pavel Nikolaevich, the head of department of ensuring production notes.

By December, 2010 the project was already successfully complete.
