2025: Completing Business Process Digitalization

Two companies Tulpar Aero Group"" completed a digitalization project business processes based on the the Russian platform. Directum RX Thanks to the introduction of the system, the air group more accurately plans air transportation. This was Directum announced on June 27, 2025.

For three months, MayTek, a partner of Directum, transferred the business processes of Tulpar Airlines and Tulpar Aero Group Management Company to the Directum RX platform into electronic form. The organizations introduced "Workflow," "Contracts," "EDO with counterparties," and also developed special modules, types of documents and regulations, taking into account industry specifics. For example, integration with routes and aircraft types allows Tulpar to more accurately plan and control flight operations.

The implementation team designed the automatic selection of traffic regulations, monitoring the status of documents and tasks: the system itself sends files for approval to the responsible persons and monitors the timing. Charts and automatic reports increase the level of order control and execution discipline.

The Directum Solo mobile application for company managers helps to coordinate documents and control the execution of orders even outside the office.

The implementation of the current project opens up prospects for the development of the digital ecosystem of our companies.
