NOYTECH has managed LEAD WMS 4 warehouses with unique processes in 120 days.

Automation facilities: 4 warehouses with an area of ​ ​ more than 70,000 m2 with unique processes and specifics of processing goods (fulfillment, cross-docking, safekeeping, etc.), as well as the implementation of current needs of potential customers.

Tasks and Challenges:

• in Replace Foreign WMS a short time with no possibility of returning to the original point;
• Implement integration with, 1C ERP, SAP NAV Axapta.

Project results:

• Warehouse complexes with a total area of ​ ​ 70 thousand m2 operate 24/7 and cover operational needs;
• Functionality has been implemented for a full cycle of processing goods with marking codes of the "Honest Sign" system for shoes and clothes;
• LEAD WMS allows you to manage different types of goods: from food auto parts and to/and clothesfootwear in children's toys one warehouse, taking into account the maturity dates, serial numbers, batches, etc.;
• The functionality of sorting goods on the radio terminal according to flexible logic has been implemented.
