2025: Automation of presale processes on the BPMSoft platform

OmniLine has completed the project of automation of presale processes on the BPMSoft platform (IT holding LANSOFT). This digital circuit accelerated the preliminary study of projects: the time for preparing the primary commercial proposal (KP) was reduced to one hour, and the dependence on the shortage of highly qualified personnel decreased markedly. BPMSoft (formerly LANIT Omni) announced this on December 8, 2025.

Before the launch of the solution, the work of the presale department was carried out manually: specialists independently collected requirements without having standardized regulations, a questionnaire, and methodological materials. The timing of the preparation of the CP was unpredictable, the load was distributed unevenly - one presale employee could only serve a limited number of incoming requests, and a large volume required an increase in staff.

Based on the low-code platform BPMSoft, the company has formed its own methodology, developed project assessment calculators, instructions and rules, and created a knowledge base and risk management system. This made it possible to bring presale to the industrial level: the manager receives a working version of the CP within an hour, which can be promptly discussed with the client, specifying the budget, timing and details of implementation. This speed of preparation of proposals was not previously achieved - the market does not offer specialized solutions for presale, so the system was created from scratch for internal OmniLine processes.

Now one presale employee supports four sales managers, KP conversion to concluded contracts has grown from 30% to 50%, and settlements have become stable and predictable. Automation reduced the burden on experienced personnel and made it possible to connect mid-range specialists to the process without losing quality.

The project has become part of a large-scale modernization of our operational processes. After restoring order in the work of managers and the emergence of a stable stream of correct incoming data, it became possible to switch to system automation of presale. The basic functionality is already working, the next stage is digitalization and optimization of project management,
said Artem Popov, director of OmniLine.

OmniLine's experience shows that automation of presale can have a measurable effect in the early months. The low-code approach allows you to quickly assemble the system around the real processes of the company, and not adjust operations to ready-made software. As a result, the speed of preparation of proposals is growing, risks are reduced and the quality of design work at the start increases,
noted Vladimir Chanyshev, director of the partner department of BPMSoft.

2024: Using BPMSoft

OmniLine completed a large-scale optimization project business processes in a single low-code platform-based system. BPMSoft The implementation project made it possible to automate key areas of the company's activities, including sales, marketing client service and document management. This was BMCoft announced on November 26, 2024.

Previously, the management of OmniLine was fragmented. Processes within departments were not interrelated, leading to subjective evaluation of indicators and slowing down the speed of decision-making. Management did not have a complete picture of the state of the business, which made strategic planning and investment in development difficult. Employees were often overwhelmed with tasks, but this did not lead to an increase in company revenues. The complete transformation of business processes has solved these problems.

As a result of the implementation of the BPMSoft platform, OmniLine has optimized four key areas.

1. The sales process has been detailed into five entities: counterparty, contact, sales, order and invoice. This made it possible to quickly make changes to individual segments without the need for a complete restructuring of the process and provided more flexible and operational management.

2. Marketing's focus on business development with current customers has resulted in budget savings to attract new customers.

3. The client service has been upgraded due to the introduction of automatic billing, which allows you to take into account labor costs and control overspending of service hours, and thanks to the development of new regulations for processing requests.

4. The process of preparing contracts has been optimized, the processing time of applications has been reduced to 1-3 hours due to the standardization of procedures.

Despite the scale of the changes, the implementation went without complex customization: about 80% of the functionality was introduced from the boxed version of BPMSoft, the remaining 20% were adapted using the built-in low-code and no-code platform tools. Three months passed from the development of MVP to the launch of commercial operation.

As a result, 90% of OmniLine's business processes are now managed through a single system, which ensured a 30% increase in revenue from service customers in the first month after the launch of automatic billing. The management staff of the company was reduced by three times: the number of managers decreased from nine to three people. The company was able to triple the productivity of processes and ten times speed up decision-making thanks to the automation of 43 workplaces.

The audit and subsequent process restructuring allowed our company to double productivity without increasing personnel costs. We have achieved a stable level of service, which gives us the opportunity to confidently maintain quality at the level of 98% even in the context of an increasing volume of requests. Thanks to the introduced changes, we managed to increase the average check and strengthen long-term relations with customers, as well as significantly reduce the level of receivables to 0.1%. This is a step towards the implementation of a strategic plan that contributes to the systemic and predictable growth of the company,
said Artem Popov, director of OmniLine.
