JSC 514 Aviation Repair Plant"" is one of the enterprises defense industry Russia specializing in the repair and modernization of military aircraft. The plant faced the need to optimize its internal processes to improve operational efficiency and meet modern market requirements. Before the start of the project, automation at the plant was fragmented: accounting tax and accounting were kept in an outdated version of the program "," and 1C: Enterprise production and warehouse operations were processed through various specialized programs. This created significant difficulties data management in and increased the risks of errors.

The plant management set itself the goal: to gain access to a single information system that will increase the transparency of accounting, reduce labor costs and minimize the human factor in the formation of reporting.

Among the key tasks of the project stood out:

  • Increase transparency and reliability of accounting by introducing all data into a single system by all responsible departments.
  • Mechanisms for justifying the cost of work and contracts performed.
  • Reduce the complexity of accounting by entering information once and using unified reference books and calculations.
  • Minimizing the influence of the human factor in the preparation of accounting, tax and reporting on the state defense order (GOZ).
  • Faster acquisition of up-to-date information through the ability to generate reports by different services directly from the system.

To achieve these goals, plant management has identified key requirements for the new information system:

  • Complete automation of accounting and tax accounting with the ability to automatically fill out reports.
  • Automated cost of production calculation for each contract.
  • Compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including compliance with the requirements for accounting within the framework of the state defense order.

Taking into account the specifics of the plant's activities, the choice was made in favor of the Russian ERP a system capable of providing the necessary functionality and compliance with legislative standards. Such a solution was the software product "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2."

During the implementation process, the system covered not only the financial service, but also other business units, such as warehouses, supply, sales and production. This required scaling up the project and automating more than 100 jobs.

As of November 2024, the following processes have been automated within the framework of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 project:

  1. Maintain reference information.
  2. Inventory and inventory accounting.
  3. Accounting and tax accounting.
  4. Cost accounting and cost calculation.

Having completed the first stage of automation, 514 Aviation Repair Plant JSC continues to work on improving its IT infrastructure. The company plans to further expand the functionality of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 system to improve the quality of production planning, resource management and project control.
