Based on the tables generated by the employee charging robot, he draws up additional agreements for each employee for the specified position (employment contract) according to the template. The robot takes information on passport data, contact data and employment contract numbers, as well as on salary, criteria and additional load. An additional load is determined if an employee has more than 18 hours per week in one specialty - then a new table is added to the file.

Robot for the formation of contracts for the payment of additional student services

The robot, based on the table, finds by name the data of the student and his parent in the system, forms an agreement for the payment of admission services, as well as an application for the provision of paid services. The robot also takes information about the direction and cost of admission services from the pre-filled table.
