The Shokoladnitsa Group of Companies has completed the introduction of personnel electronic document managementVK HR Tek. The project allowed to automate processes for more than 4,000 employees and improve the efficiency of the human resources department. VK Tech announced this on December 5, 2024.

As of December 2024, Shokoladnitsa includes more than 200 establishments in different regions of Russia, three production facilities and a factory. The group of companies employs more than 4,000 employees. The transition to KEDO was designed to automate the signing of documents and optimize costs. The VK HR Tek solution was chosen for technological maturity, the ability to adapt to the needs of the customer and regular updates that meet the requirements of the law. The system has been adapted for mass personnel transactions such as admissions, transfers, business trips, and vacations.

Our cooperation with the Shokoladnitsa group of companies demonstrates how optimization of work with personnel ensures convenience and transparency of processes for employees at all levels. The solution of VK HR Tek allowed HR to deal with more important strategic tasks. Now 98.5-99% of personnel operations start and end in the system, and all line employees are served by five personnel, - said Mikhail Yuriev, director of the VK HR Tek product.
