Raitek DTG has completed an automation project at a full-cycle climate technology plant in Nantou, Guangdong province, China. In one year, the plant was migrated to the domestic 1C:ERP solution, which will allow managing the enterprise in two languages. Within the framework of the project, about 600 thousand interface elements were translated into a second language, and the functionality to support it was improved. Additionally, 100 jobs were automated, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the plant's production processes. Raitek DTG announced this on December 9, 2024.

The BIG plant (Guangdong BIG Climatic Manufacture Co., LTD Nantou Branch) is a manufacturer of electric convectors and domestic and professional thermal equipment. More than 350 employees work on the production area of ​ ​ the plant - more than 20 thousand square meters. The plant produces a large range of equipment, including electric convectors, heat guns, fan heaters, as well as systems for water heating and air purification. Output is 1.5 million units per year.

It was important for the customer to switch to a the Russian solution that provides bi-lingual enterprise management. Russian-language management works at the plant, and one of the key partners of BIG - - Izhevsk Heat Engineering Plant has already successfully implemented a solution: 1CERP to manage its production processes. Another BIG customer - the company "" - R-climate uses the products of the 1C line. Management reporting is based on a flexible chart of accounts, which adapts to Chinese national standards and the usual RAS chart of accounts for Russian-language management. The presence of the RM module allows you to effectively solve calculation problems wages and increases the overall efficiency of interaction with partners, - said Dmitry Balkov, head of the Raitek DTG project portfolio.

The project was completed in a year. As part of the first stage of work, an operational loop was introduced. It includes regulatory reference information management, production planning, dispatching, warehouse management with targeted storage, and supply chain, sales, and quality management in production. In total, about 600 thousand interface elements were translated from one language to another, and the ability to support the second language was improved, including the output of service messages in Russian and Chinese.

As part of the second stage of the implementation of the management circuit, work was carried out to record working hours and calculate wages, taking into account Chinese legislation. These features were successfully put into commercial operation in late autumn 2024. In addition, the Treasury module has been introduced. It provides cost request approval routes in accordance with the business processes of the enterprise, controls limits on expense items and forms payment registers.

The implementation of the 1C:ERP solution has significantly increased the efficiency of the operations performed by the plant.

Firstly, the use of real-time production reflection technology at production sites made it possible to quickly track finished products and improve the management of customer orders. The solution provided full management of the end-to-end chain of operational loop processes, which increased the transparency and trekking of production data.

Secondly, serial accounting of finished products contributed to improving the management of the warranty for equipment, and serial accounting of purchased materials ensured more effective quality control. These factors have increased the reliability of both production and supply processes.

A platform has been created for the further digitalization of production and the formation of a single information space of the plant. This sets the stage for future technological improvements, such as the implementation of 1C: MRO, a CRM system, or the 1C:PM Project Management module. Finally, the income and expense accounting system provides the opportunity to maintain management records of all financial transactions related to income and expenses and effectively collect data on actual cost, "said Evgeny Vergazov, managing partner of Raitek DTG.
