2024: Creation of the Competence Center
RTK-DPC will ensure the operability of 100 thousand devices as part of the post-warranty technical support service. The company announced this on December 9, 2024.
Failure to fulfill its technical support obligations by foreign equipment manufacturers and IT ON significantly reduced the reliability and operability IT infrastructures of information systems built on non-hardware Russian and software.
To get out of the situation, a special competence center has been created at the RTK-DPC, designed to replace vendor technical support to the maximum. This service is provided by experts from former service centers of most leading manufacturers. Also, a laboratory has been created in the competence center to work out complex service scenarios. Deep expertise and capabilities of your own laboratory allow you to carry out service work of any complexity, identify and eliminate critical incidents, update vendor software to the current state and provide expert advice.
The existing capabilities of the competence center make it possible to ensure the operability of more than 100 thousand devices to support the critical infrastructure of state and corporate information systems.
An important component of the service is the guaranteed provision of spare parts and replacement equipment. The storage of components of more than 15 manufacturers is located in Moscow, and operational access to it allows you to carry out repair work in the optimal time. This makes it possible to eliminate up to 93% of equipment failures as quickly as possible, which could previously be provided only by the vendor.
As of December 2024, the service is contracted until 2026 for 6 billion rubles. These are existing contracts that cover the real needs of the market for effective post-warranty technical support.
