Today, almost all companies are developing sales through WB, Ozone, Yandex.Market. This makes it possible to make 30 to 80% of profits through a third-party trading platform. The main thing is that the remaining goods in the seller's accounting system correspond to the actual presence in the marketplace warehouse.

Taking into account the specifics of the client's work, we have developed data exchange modules with marketplaces for the individual needs of the company. As a result, most of the routine work was transferred from line personnel to software, Dmitry Tarasov, head of Unique Solutions.

2. The goods received are not visible in the inventory balance and are not available for direct shipment by managers until the warehouse places the goods in bins.
3. The creation of placements and receipt warehouse orders is fully automated.

"Deductions" of goods during cargo assembly

The Wholesale Base "Shartashskaya" has such a concept as "draw." For example, when collecting an order, the storekeeper found that the goods were damaged and could not be transferred to the client. Before automation, such products were either manually struck out of the invoice, or it was simply lost.

Now the warehouse employee writes "Marriage" in the "Reason" field in the "Cloverence" mobile client on the shipping documentation, and in 1C the fact of "drawing" is automatically recorded. Accordingly, the quantity of the goods in the order is reduced, the responsible employee of the warehouse receives a notification and creates transfer documents to the Scrap warehouse.

Build Monitor

All packaging operations also go through Kleverens. The collected cargo gets to the packaging tables, where employees pack it in boxes. For each box, the operator prints a unique barcode and cover sheet.

Business ready for growth and expansion

In addition to solving problems with storing and optimizing personnel, automation of business processes using specialized software and data collection terminals can optimize the internal structure of the company.
