2024: Implementation of 1C:CRM and AKAM: USP

Introduction

Previously, work was organized in the global CRM system LEDVANCE, which was connected to SAP. After switching from SAP to 1S:KA, you need to find an equivalent replacement for the CRM system.

Objectives/Objectives

The new CRM system had to solve the following problems:

  1. Manage projects and relationships with distributors.
  2. Optimize your company's internal processes and how departments work together.
  3. Set tasks and implement workflow-based processes.
  4. Schedule meetings and trips.
  5. Integrate with Exchange MS and configure two-way communication between systems.
  6. Create a convenient analytics system.
  7. Migrate the historical data for the previously created projects.

Works performed

  1. Conducted interviews with key users of the company to clarify and formalize business requirements.
  2. You have developed a project implementation plan, defined the MVP product boundaries, and defined key project deliverables (milestones).
  3. Modifications and settings of the module have been completed: and 1CCRM the module "" AKAM: Investment projects for 1C:CRM according to business requirements.
  4. You have migrated 6 years of historical data for open and completed projects.
  5. The 1C:CRM module is adapted when switching from 1S:KA to 1C:ERP 2.
  6. The integration "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 (2.5.17) + 1C:CRM module" with the Exchange MS service is set up.
  7. Demonstrations of the improved system functionality and consultations on the use of typical module capabilities were held.
  8. Before starting MVP in pilot operation, user training was carried out, instructions were developed for users and system administrators, the base was first set up, user rights were set up.

Result obtained

  1. Projects, related documents, interactions, results of approvals and tasks are stored in a single database. Users freely use historical data on previously opened projects.
  2. Analyze the geography of projects by industry on the map available from the user's desktop.
  3. When registering, the projects are validated to avoid duplicating the projects in the system.
  4. Quotation document is adapted to the company's needs: item list, availability on, warehouse several types of prices, the ability to apply a discount. A baked form of commercial offer with an updated advertising block, including active hyperlinks, has been developed.
  5. For the "Quotation" document, the processes "Price Reconciliation" and "Request for Dates" are implemented, taking into account the internal specifics of the company.
  6. The travel planning and reconciliation process is optimized. Immediately after the approval of the trip, the office manager promptly receives information for bookings.
  7. You have configured two-way exchange with Exchange MS - client interactions and scheduled activities are available from both 1C and the Outlook calendar.
  8. The system of reminders and notifications has been implemented, which allows you to maintain the high quality of the project base and builds coordinated work between the divisions of the company.
