UM-31 collects readings of metering devices and transmits information over GSM and Ethernet networks, which makes it an ideal choice for management companies of apartment buildings. Combined with the SCAT electric meters from EKF, UM-31 provides intelligent accounting of electricity consumption in residential buildings and complexes. The device supports SPDES protocols and transport protocols MQTT, SMTP, HTTP, RTU-327 and JSON for universal data exchange.

UM-31 is mounted on a DIN rail and powered by a single-phase two-wire network (150÷260 V), consuming only 20 watts of power at a frequency of 50 Hz. The device can connect up to 500 electricity meters and up to 1,500 water and heat meters, making it a powerful tool for organizing effective resource monitoring.
