2025: Presentation of the UM-series data collection and transmission device
The brand range EKF has expanded the data UM-31 collection and transmission device for working with. intelligent power metering systems The solution greatly simplifies the process of monitoring resource consumption, providing a reliable and convenient way to transfer data. The company announced this on January 15, 2025.
UM-31 collects readings of metering devices and transmits information over GSM and Ethernet networks, which makes it an ideal choice for management companies of apartment buildings. The device fully complies with the requirements of No. 522-FZ and No. 890-PP, which confirms its high quality and reliability.
Combined with the SCAT electric meters from EKF, UM-31 provides intelligent accounting of electricity consumption in residential buildings and complexes. Moreover, the device can work not only with electricity metering devices, but also with water and heat meters, which makes it possible to easily connect meters of various resources and brands without the need to change already installed systems.
UM-31 is compatible with popular programs of automated electricity metering systems (ASKUE), such as Pyramid 2.0, Pyramid-Networks, PC Energosphere, Enforce, AlfaCENTER and others. The device supports SPDES protocols and transport protocols MQTT, SMTP, HTTP, RTU-327 and JSON for universal data exchange.
UM-31 is mounted on a DIN rail and powered by a single-phase two-wire network (150÷260 V), consuming only 20 watts of power at a frequency of 50 Hz. The device can connect up to 500 electricity meters and up to 1,500 water and heat meters, making it a powerful tool for organizing effective resource monitoring.
UM-31 is a step forward in intelligent resource accounting, offering functionality, reliability, and connectivity flexibility. The novelty will greatly simplify the work of management companies and increase the efficiency of accounting for resources in apartment buildings.
