Tomsk office "First Bit" automated the routine processes of the Association for Innovative Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Tomsk Region (AIR APK TO). This was announced by "First Bit" on January 16, 2025.

As a result of the adaptation of the 1C: Document Flow solution, 75% reduced the cost of working with documents in the distribution of state support among enterprises in the agricultural sector of the region.

Previously, the work on the distribution of funds took a large amount of time, was routine and there were often errors that required the processing of documents. Often this process took up to 20 working days, since disparate systems based on MS Office without an electronic signature (EDS) were used, which increased the time for signing and transferring documents.

The company "First Bit" proposed to use the 1C: Document Flow program already existing in AIR APK TO. Unified forms of entering data and notifications, reference books, search and filtering tools, as well as mechanisms for forming and signing documents using EDS were developed. This made it possible to reduce the time for entering information from 15 to 5 working days and automate the process of monitoring cash plans.

The project consisted of three stages. The purpose of the first stage was to write a detailed technical assignment for the revision of the system, then we went directly to development. The final stage of the Customer was to test the functionality of all improvements in 1C: Document flow within the framework of the business process of bringing and distributing state support funds. However, during the project, the project manager from the customer's side changed, - said Natalya Zhernakova, project manager for the final accounting of the integrator of effective IT solutions "First Bit" in Tomsk.

The specialists of the First Bit held a series of consultations for the new employee with a detailed description of improvements and business processes so that he could not only test the capabilities of the program, but immediately start working on the business processes of the Association.

As a result of the project, automation has reduced the cost of working with documents by 75%. For the further development of digital technologies in the agricultural industry of the Tomsk region, experts from the First Bit proposed a plan for the Association for Innovative Development for 2025-2027. It includes the automation of budgeting processes, analysis and control of interbudgetary transfers based on the product "BIT: Financial Management of a State Institution."
