As of January 2025, Lenta exchanges EDI/EDO documentation using SberKorus "Sphere Trade" and "Sphere Documents" services with all its counterparties, which significantly speeds up work processes and reduces business costs.

The parties are actively developing cooperation in various areas of electronic document management: commodity and non-commodity, as well as in the issuance of qualified certificates of electronic signature in the personal account of the SberKorus Certification Center. In 2025, Lenta and SberKorus plan to increase the scale of the partnership and start working in transport EDO, with informal documents and signing contracts in EDO.

The main types of documents and data transmitted by EDI/EDO SberKorus were: order, response to order, notification of shipment, notification of acceptance, universal transfer document (UPD) and universal correction document (UDC).
