SberKorus implemented AI assistant on neuronets Gigachat a business basis in the Sphere of Trade for electronic exchange data between trade networks and suppliers in order to speed up the work with documents, reduce the number of errors and increase the efficiency of the support service. 2023: Transfer of 170 retail chains and 4,000 of their suppliers to EDI's Sphere system

On February 1, 2023, SberKorus announced that it had transferred 170 retail chains and 4,000 of their suppliers to Russian software for the exchange of data on orders and goods - the SPHERE EDI system.

The total volume of electronic document management in the system exceeded 12 million documents.

The EDI electronic data exchange system is needed by retailers and their suppliers to ensure electronic document flow and accounting when placing orders and delivering goods to Russian stores.

Previously, many Russian retailers used foreign software. The transfer to Russian technologies will help to create stable and completely protected from external influence processes that ensure the reliability and completeness of the supply of goods to Russian stores.
