2024: Order Delivery Launch
The network of multicenters Svyaz.ON, together with 5Post, launched the delivery of online orders to checkpoints and cash desks of Pyaterochka and Perekrestok stores. Now Svyaz.ON customers have access to the entire 5Post network, which is 22 thousand checkpoints and points of issue of orders in 63 regions of Russia. Svyaz.ON announced this on January 27, 2025.
Svyaz.ON relies on pickup as the most convenient way to get an order from an online store. With the 5Post service, this method of obtaining an order is easy to enter into everyday life and combine with the daily purchase of products in the store at home. According to internal research, pick-up points are 5Post within walking distance of 95% of households.
According to preliminary data from Data Insight analysts, by the end of 2024, online sales in Russia increased by 36%. The electronics category is one of the top three in terms of online purchases.

Customers can make an order on the site, choose a convenient store "Pyaterochka" and "Perekrestok." As soon as the order is delivered to the point of issue, the client will receive an SMS notification with the receipt code, after which it will only be left to pick up the order at any convenient time. Pyaterochka and Perekrestok stores are located within walking distance of the recipient, work until late in the evening, and some of them are around the clock, which significantly speeds up the process of receiving an order.
