2024: Implementation of Netrika Medicine solutions
In the Arkhangelsk region, radiation diagnostics reached a different level with the technological support of Netrika Medicine, which announced this on January 29, 2025.
Solutions of the company "Netrika Medicine" contribute to the work of the remote center of radiation diagnostics in the Arkhangelsk region.
The remote center of radiation diagnostics (reference center) provides the preparation of medical descriptions for images obtained during diagnostic studies - fluorography, mammography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI ) and X-rays for patients of all ages. Pictures from 24 medical institutions of the region are transferred to the reference center. The analysis and description of the images are taken over by the center's employees - qualified radiologists. The conclusions prepared in the reference center are certified by an electronic signature and transmitted to medical institutions in digital form. Thus, the center closes the needs of medical organizations in the region in qualitative descriptions of key types of instrumental research.
The interaction of information systems participating in the work of the reference center is ensured by the solutions of Netrika Medicine introduced in the Arkhangelsk region. Thus, applications for research and descriptions, the resulting images and conclusions are transmitted through the service "N3. Exchange of instrumental research data." The service connects the information systems of medical institutions in the region, the central archive of medical images and the radiological information system in which the doctors of the reference center work.
Thanks to the service "N3.Index of patients," the results of diagnostic studies are transferred to the patient's integrated medical record (IEMK). The service "N3.Portal of the doctor" allows the radiologist who prepares the description to gain access to the patient's history. And the description itself can be viewed in IEMK not only by the doctor who sent for the study, but also by other specialists who "lead" the same patient.
The remote center for radiation diagnostics was created on the basis of the Medical Information and Analytical Center of the Arkhangelsk Region (GBUZ JSC MIAC) in 2023. Over the year, the volume of medical research processed monthly in the reference center increased 50 times. In September 2023, its specialists prepared about 686 descriptions, in December 2024 - more than 35 thousand per month. In total, for the period from September 2023 to December 2024, the reference center describes more than 160 thousand studies.
Centralization of radiation diagnostics allowed us to overcome a number of objective difficulties - long distances and remoteness of some medical institutions, a shortage of radiologists, uneven load on medical equipment and employees working with it. Now, for a radiation study conducted anywhere in the region, a description prepared by a qualified expert is promptly formed. A big plus was the formation of a team of specialists who have the skills to describe various types of research. For the medical organization of the sender and patient, this is a guarantee of high-quality image processing and increased description accuracy, - emphasizes Alexey Markov, director of GBUZ JSC "MIAC." |
Since 2015, Netrika Medicine has been introducing subsystems and services of the N3. Healthcare integration platform in the Arkhangelsk Region. With the help of the company's solutions, the region has significantly increased the level of digitalization of the health care system, as well as the availability and quality of medical care for the population.
At the time of the creation of the reference center in the Arkhangelsk region, our service for the exchange of instrumental research data was already working, which made it possible to support the transition of the region to centralized radiation diagnostics with a minimum number of improvements. The creation of such television and radio centers is an interesting technological task, the solution of which brings tangible practical benefits to patients and doctors, and also increases the efficiency of the regional health care system, - said Alexey Kashpanov, Deputy Head of the Sales and Development Department of Netrika Medicine. |
