First Bit has completed the implementation of the 1C:PM Project Management KORP system for Banking Innovative Systems, a subsidiary of Goznak JSC. This was announced by "First Bit" on January 31, 2025.

The implementation of the project lasted more than nine months and took about 1400 hours of work of IT integrator specialists. The main task was to create an IT infrastructure capable of providing the necessary level of automation of project management, including the formation of reports, schedules and control over the progress of projects.

The peculiarity of the case was the transition from outdated project management systems to modern software (software). At the time the project was initiated, the company used MS Office, email, and Redmine, resulting in many errors.

The choice in favor of "1C:PM KOP Project Management" was due to the need for comprehensive automation of business processes and minimization of error risks.

The key factor in choosing an integrator was the reputation and experience of First Bit in implementing complex automated systems. The project launched 20 automated workplaces for coordinators, project managers and administration, requiring the acquisition of 20 user licenses.

One of the key results of the project was the reduction in the human factor in the formation of schedules, achieved due to the refusal to use MS Office and Redmine. The integration of 1C:PM KORP Project Management with e-mail has greatly simplified the notification process for key events. For example, creating new projects and assigning project task owners. This made it possible to increase the efficiency and interaction between project participants.
