On April 7, 2025, SimpleOne introduced the first public version of SimpleOne's HRMS product, a single digital environment for HR and company employee interaction that contains all key human resources processes. Previously, the system was only available in the demo. Customers can now use the solution in full.

SimpleOne HRMS automates HR department processes: recruitment, adaptation and training, performance management, internal communications. Automation covers the full life cycle of an employee - from matching to exit-interview, while the system consolidates all HR process data in one place. With SimpleOne HRMS, the company will be able to build an HR analytics system, and the built-in report designer will provide convenient visualization of data and its update on dashboards online.

To manage the activities of HR specialists, there are tools for setting and recording the tasks of the HR division, including kanban boards and performance monitoring. The system is based on a service approach - the processes implemented in SimpleOne HRMS allow the HR department to work as a service unit that provides services to internal customers. Thanks to this approach, employees receive a single directory of HR services, with the help of which they can independently request personnel documents, coordinate vacations and handle requests.

In addition, the system implements the personal profile of the employee, in which you can track the career track, the corporate calendar and the visualization of the organizational structure.
