2025: Implementation of VK HR Tek

The Federal Network of Ophthalmology Clinics 3Z has implemented a cloud version of the human resources system electronic document management (). KEDO VK HR Tek The solution covered 900 employees of the company and ensured transparent and effective management of personnel processes. This was VK Tech announced on February 4, 2025.

3Z is engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. As of February 2025, the company's divisions are present in 9 regions of Russia, therefore, the organization has already used the KEDO system to exchange personnel documents. However, 3Z needed a solution with broader functionality and an intuitive user interface. According to these criteria, KEDO VK HR Tek was selected.

In November 2024, the 3Z signed an agreement on the introduction of a cloud version of the product, and in February 2025 it fully completed the transition. Now the system is used by 900 people out of 1200 employees of the company.

3Z digitized all the main personnel processes: vacations, receptions, transfers, layoffs, combinations, business trips, involvement in overtime and others. The plans include the digitization of the motivation system and the application system, with the help of which employees can independently initiate applications against colleagues.

We decided to switch to electronic personnel document management to optimize and systematize processes. It is important for us to keep all personnel issues under control, given the number of employees located geographically in different regions of the country, "said Nadezhda Launits, General Director of the 3Z Group of Companies.

VK HR Tek can be implemented both in large enterprises with thousands of employees and in companies with a more compact staff. Thanks to the cloud version of the solution, the clinics were able to quickly integrate the system and continue the transformation of their processes without additional infrastructure costs, commented Mikhail Yuriev, head of HR Tech's product department at VK Tech.
