Started the project of introducing Directum HR Pro in Zelinsky Group

2025: Directum HR Pro Implementation Begins

The manufacturer of gas masks and other personal respiratory protective equipment Zelinsky Group has chosen a software product from Directum to organize personnel document management, vacation management and hiring in numbers. After the completion of the pilot project, the system is planned to be replicated at 3 production sites in Perm, Tambov and Elektrostal. Directum announced this on February 4, 2025.

The company is starting a project to introduce the Russian Directum HR Pro system, with the help of which it plans to:

• translate all basic personnel documents and processes into electronic format;
• connect 100% of the state to the FEDO;
• reduce the time spent on approval and approval of personnel documents, their search and processing;
• reduce the costs of printing, paper, stationery and archival procedures;
• minimize the risks of loss and damage to documents.

As of February 2025, there are 3 production sites in different cities of Russia under the Zelinsky Group brand. The distribution of employees throughout the country, the need to speed up personnel processes and reduce paper flow have become the main prerequisites for the implementation of a specialized system.

Of the solutions offered on the market, Zelinsky Group chose Directum HR Pro. The key factors were the wide functionality out of the box, the experience of using Directum products for other tasks, the supplier's expertise on the implementation of EDC at production enterprises.

As part of the pilot project, it is planned to transfer personnel document management, vacation management to electronic format, including planning, familiarization with the LNA and hiring.
