The special economic zone "Alabuga" is introducing a system of personnel electronic document managementVK HR Tek from VK Tech. The decision has already covered 12,530 employees, and in the near future all staff will be connected to it. The introduction of the system made it possible to automate hiring, speed up the execution of personnel documents and increase the transparency of HR processes. VK Tech announced this on February 14, 2025.

In August 2024, due to plans to scale the company, it was necessary to automate the hiring process, Alabuga began the transition to KEDO VK HR Tek. The transfer of 12,530 employees took place in record time: in three weeks about 7,000 people connected to the system, and within another three weeks the rest of the employees switched.

First of all, hiring was automated: in August, about 1000 new specialists were hired through the system. Settlement sheets, vacations and transfer applications were then transferred to VK HR Tek. In the near future - the launch of the candidate's office, automation of notifications of termination of the employment contract and digitalization of the bypass sheet.

We implement digital tools to optimize HR processes and improve employee comfort. It is important that the system is flexible, convenient and intuitive, especially for mass professions. VK HR Tek provided centralized work with personnel documents and significantly simplified hiring, - said Daria Tezina, chief specialist of the human resources department of the Alabuga SEZ.
