The WFM system has algorithms that help to draw up optimal schedules for doctors, taking into account the load of offices and equipment. At the same time, the clinic's need for specialists, the flow of patients, the wishes of the doctors themselves by time and dates are taken into account. The system processes this data and builds graphs that are most consistent with the goals: load cabinets as much as possible or distribute shifts evenly. This scheduling makes appointments even more accessible, especially during peak season, and avoids overlays.

PlanForce has built-in control of deviations from schedules: overtime, vacations, substitutions. Based on schedules and deviations from them, the timesheet is automatically filled in. This significantly reduces the time spent working with it by administrators, rationers and accountants.

The system was put into operation in three pilot clinics: in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Ufa. PlanForce was connected to the personnel accounting system, which receives information about the organization structure, staffing and personnel. Integrated with medical information system to record patients. In 2025, it is planned to scale the entire network.
