2025: Solution Delivery RITM3
The SIMETRA group of companies has begun cooperation with the State University of Management (GUU). As part of the agreement, university students will have access to up-to-date knowledge and practices in the field of transport forecasting, and will also be able to get acquainted and master technological solutions for the implementation of transport projects - SIMETRA has equipped GUU with the Russian IT platform RITM³. SIMETRA announced this on February 20, 2025.
The State University of Management has a century-old history and trains specialists in 30 educational programs related to management, management and leadership in various industries. Thus, the university is preparing qualified personnel in the field of urban studies and management of integrated urban development, including for the tasks of implementing the federal program "Smart City."
Students studying under the programs "Transport and Logistics" and "Urban and City Management" will be able to learn and gain practical skills on the basis of the Russian IT platform RITM³, developed by SIMETRA Group of Companies. The GUU has an academic version of the solution, which includes basic modules - "Transport forecasting and modeling," "Road modeling," "Modeling transport processes," "Geo-information system (GIS)" and "Digital twin."
Our university is a reliable base for training specialists for state authorities, as well as local self-government. In the context of strict requirements for the introduction of domestic technologies in the public sector, it becomes especially important that graduates of GUU are able to work with Russian IT systems. Cooperation with SIMETRA will allow future experts, who in the coming years will begin to be responsible for the development of Russian cities, to master the fully Russian IT platform RITM³, which is already used in more than 10 cities of the country, - commented Vice-Rector, Head of the Department "Transport Complex Management" Maria Karelina. |
By agreement of the parties, students will be able to carry out their diploma projects and research work on the RITM³ platform. The parties to the agreement will also exchange experience and data on working with the solution and develop joint projects.
As developers of the Russian platform for transport planning, we consider it important to train qualified managers in urban studies. The better experts understand the importance of accurate calculations in the development of road and transport infrastructure, the faster our cities will become modern and comfortable for life and work, "added Oleg Yakovenko, director of software sales at SIMETRA Group of Companies. |
