2024: Automation of trading and accounting in the retail network based on "1C: Our Enterprise Management "

In April 2024, the YUG-Torg organization switched from an outdated accounting program to 1C: Our Enterprise Management (1C: UNF). The project was implemented by Онлайн-касса.ру, an official 1C dealer.

The key activity of Yug-Torg LLC is the retail sale of food products through its own trade network, which has 7 stores in. The Kherson region assortment includes chilled and, frozen meat groceries,,, etc sausage products water. juice The company also provides wholesale food supplies to retail stores throughout the region.

At the time of contacting Онлайн-касса.ру, the customer did not have a single accounting system. Retail locations used legacy programs that were not integrated with 1C. Because of this, there were problems with unloading documents. It took a lot of time to add new items to the box office program. The results of inventory in stores fell into the accounting system with delays, so there was no relevant data on balances.

[1] The following works were carried out within the framework of comprehensive automation:

  • implementation and setting up of "1S:UNF" for warehouse, regulated and management accounting;
  • installing the Frontol cash program in all stores of the retail chain;
  • development of a document form for carrying out an inventory taking into account the wishes of the customer;
  • integration of cash programs with 1C;
  • Automate the processing of orders in the warehouse.

The new software automates the main trading and warehouse processes. In one 1S:UNF system, you can control all areas: finance, sales, inventory, etc. Evaluations help you plan purchasing and adjust the assortment.

As a result of automation, the speed of data exchange between stores and the main office has increased. Previously, it took 15 minutes to upload documents to the cash program, now it happens instantly.

An individual inventory document was developed for Yug-Torg LLC in order to quickly and without errors upload the results of inspections for each store to 1C. Now the customer always has up-to-date information about the balances. A few months after the introduction of automation, there is a reduction in resort and shortages.
