2025: Combining All Services on the Home Screen
On February 25, 2025, Magnit presented an updated version of its multi-format application for buyers (Magnit: Promotions and Delivery).
Now all services of the company - both online and offline - are integrated on the main screen, providing users with unified access to the entire Magnit ecosystem. The application combined access to the catalog of offline stores, delivery of products, ordering cosmetics, pharmacy products, goods from the multimillion-dollar range of the Magnit Market marketplace, access to the capabilities of the Magnit Plus loyalty program and much more.
The updated application implements a fundamentally level of personalization. The main page not only aggregates all Magnit services, but also adapts to each user. The app analyzes its purchases and preferences both in retail stores and online to offer the most current products, discounts and services. A specially developed automated service adjusts the application interface on the fly so that it is convenient for the client to buy what he wants. A detailed study of user behavior and modeling of the client's path based on the accumulated data made interaction with the application as comfortable and relevant as possible.
