ITglobal.com introduces Russian AI BPA Ainergy platform to automate business processes

2024: Implementation of AI BPA

ITGLOBAL.COM implemented AI BPA's Ainergy platform to automate key business processes. The system is used by all employees of the company, including Russian divisions, as well as branches and subsidiaries in nine countries of the world. This was announced by ITglobal.com on February 27, 2025.

The Ainergy platform is selected thanks to the flexible configuration capabilities in the low code/no code format and integration with existing systems of the company. The implementation took 3 months and included automation of input of primary documents, transcribing and smart filling of CRM, as well as the creation of AI assistants to support employees.

As a result of the integration of AI, BPA Ainergy has increased the speed of processing typical employee requests by 5 times. AI assistants for the corporate knowledge base provided instant answers to personnel questions. The implementation of the OCR service for recognizing primary accounting documents and automatically entering information from them into the system reduced the time for entering data into ERP by 1.5 times. And the number of errors when working with documentation decreased by 20%. The next effect of the implementation of AI BPA Ainergy was to reduce labor costs for filling CRM. Using transcription and auto-filling of cards, these processes accelerated 4 times.

ITGLOBAL.COM aims to scale the use of the platform's AI BPA. The integration of intelligent assistants will significantly increase the efficiency of processes, improve the quality of reporting and positively affect the overall level of services provided. This will optimize the allocation of human resources and ensure more stable execution of critical ITSM functions.
