The integration of the DION platform was an important step in the implementation of the import substitution strategy - the customer was looking for a domestic supplier capable of providing the necessary requirements for the quality and reliability of communication. The solution was implemented in a hybrid format: some services are stored on internal servers, which provides a high level of security and control. External conferences with the presence of participants from other companies, in turn, are held in the cloud. This avoids internal infrastructure burdens without compromising security and accelerates implementation.

During the project implementation, at the request of the customer, additional functionality was built into the platform: the ability to call from group chats, collect statistics based on the results of webinars, save chat during video conferencing and customize the interface for the convenience of users.

Our platform is designed to meet data protection requirements, which is especially important in the face of growing cyber threats. We offer a flexible solution that adapts to the customer's tasks, including customization of functionality and integration with internal systems.
