The corporate portal ensures joint work to the staff of SPC of Bridges company

The Softline company completed implementation of the Deskwork corporate portal in the Research and production center of bridges (SPC of bridges).

Solution

Installation and setup of the product Deskwork was performed by own forces of IT specialists of SPC of bridges within one working day.

First of all the modules "Document Flow of Microsoft Office 2010", "Universal Module of Requests", "Birthdays of Employees", "Graphic Structure of the Company" are configured and entered into use.

Most often in the daily work the staff of SPC company of bridges uses the module "Document Flow of Microsoft Office 2010" which allows to perform all functions of document flow DeskWork directly from the products Microsoft Office 2010. From Word, Excel, Power Point (without input on the portal) it is possible to register the document, to edit, start consecutive, parallel, universal approval, to browse the tasks, to approve or reject, control the status of approval.
