2025: Support for 14,000 devices in offices
T1 Servionika supports more than 14 thousand devices in beeline offices throughout Russia. This was announced by T1 on April 2, 2025.
For more than three years, T1 Servioniki specialists have been providing work not only at points of sale, but also at beeline offices throughout the country. This allows the company's customers to receive high-quality service, and employees to quickly solve technical issues. A team of 450 employees, 95% of whom are field engineers, serves over 14 thousand pieces of equipment, including computers, barcode scanners and network infrastructure.
Engineers perform a wide range of tasks: from installing new equipment and providing jobs for beeline employees to eliminating incidents and conducting audits. Thanks to their efforts, the number of failures per unit of equipment is constantly decreasing. So, in March 2023, their number reached 1.2 thousand, but by January 2025 it had decreased to almost 600. At the same time, 70% of problems are fixed within four hours, and the average SLA over three years was 98.1%.
The project started in February 2022 with the maintenance of sales offices and administrative premises of the customer in four macro-regions: Ural, Volga region, South and North-Caucasus. In February 2023, the service area expanded throughout Russia. The performance of the tasks and the high standards of the team T1 Servionica made it possible to conclude a new three-year contract for the maintenance of IT systems.
